Diese Datenschutzerklärung informiert über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beim Besuch von lyntharis.com und bei der Nutzung unserer Angebote. Sie orientiert sich am Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) sowie – soweit Nutzer:innen aus der EU betroffen sind – an der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).

2. Hosting

Diese Website wird bei Infomaniak Network SA gehostet, einem Anbieter mit Sitz und Serverstandort in der Schweiz. Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch technische Zugriffsdaten (sog. Server-Logfiles, z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp) verarbeitet, wie dies bei jedem Website-Aufruf technisch notwendig ist. Diese Daten werden nicht mit anderen Datenquellen zusammengeführt.

3. Kontaktaufnahme, Bestellung und Feedback

Für Kontaktanfragen nutzt diese Website Mailto-Links: Beim Klick auf den Kontakt-Button öffnet sich Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm mit einer vorausgefüllten Nachricht; es findet dabei keine Speicherung über ein Serverformular dieser Website statt. Für Bestellungen wird die Zahlung über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Payrexx abgewickelt (siehe Ziffer 5); dabei werden Bestelldaten (z. B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse, bestelltes Produkt) sowie ein einmaliger Download-Zugangslink in unserer Datenbank bei Supabase Inc. (Serverstandort EU) gespeichert, um Ihnen das gekaufte PDF-Produkt automatisch zur Verfügung zu stellen. Für Feedback gilt: Ihre Bewertung sowie – nicht veröffentlicht – Ihre E-Mail-Adresse werden ebenfalls in dieser Datenbank gespeichert. Feedback wird nur dann als Kundenstimme (mit Vorname und Initial) auf dieser Website veröffentlicht, wenn Sie dazu ausdrücklich Ihre Einwilligung erklärt haben; diese Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit per E-Mail widerrufen.

4. ProfilingValues (Drittanbieter)

Die Persönlichkeitsanalysen werden über die Plattform ProfilingValues (profilingvalues.com) durchgeführt. Nach einer Bestellung erhalten Sie von uns einen Zugangslink zu dieser Plattform. Zur Einrichtung dieses Zugangs übermitteln wir die dafür notwendigen Angaben (in der Regel Name und E-Mail-Adresse) an ProfilingValues. Für die Datenverarbeitung während der Durchführung der Analyse auf profilingvalues.com gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von ProfilingValues, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben.

5. Zahlungsabwicklung

Für Online-Zahlungen (Kreditkarte) nutzen wir den Schweizer Zahlungsdienstleister Payrexx AG, der die dafür notwendigen Zahlungsdaten gemäss seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung verarbeitet (www.payrexx.com). Bei Bestellungen ab CHF 500 kann alternativ auf Rechnung per Banküberweisung bezahlt werden.

6. Vorlesefunktion (Text-to-Speech)

Das Vorlese-Widget dieser Website nutzt ausschliesslich die im Browser eingebaute Web Speech API. Die vorzulesenden Texte werden dabei lokal in Ihrem Browser verarbeitet; es findet keine Übertragung an einen Server statt.

7. Chat auf unseren Websites

Über das Chatfenster auf lyntharis.com und auf lyntharis.ch (Lyntharis Puls) können Sie uns direkt eine Nachricht schreiben. Übermittelt und gespeichert werden dabei Ihre Nachricht, die aufgerufene Seite und die gewählte Sprache sowie – sofern Sie diese freiwillig angeben – Ihr Name und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse. Zusätzlich wird in Ihrem Browser eine zufällige Kennung gespeichert (localStorage), damit Sie beim nächsten Besuch Ihren Gesprächsverlauf und unsere Antwort wiederfinden. Diese Kennung enthält keine Personendaten und lässt sich durch Löschen der Websitedaten in Ihrem Browser jederzeit entfernen.

Die Nachrichten werden bei Supabase (Rechenzentrum in der EU) gespeichert und zur Benachrichtigung an den Messenger-Dienst Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai) weitergeleitet, den wir ausschliesslich intern zum Beantworten der Anfragen nutzen. Dabei werden Ihre Nachricht sowie ein allfällig angegebener Name und eine allfällig angegebene E-Mail-Adresse an Telegram übermittelt; Telegram kann diese Daten ausserhalb der Schweiz und des EWR bearbeiten. Wenn Sie das nicht möchten, schreiben Sie uns stattdessen an info@lyntharis.com. Haben Sie eine E-Mail-Adresse angegeben, senden wir Ihnen unsere Antwort zusätzlich per E-Mail. Chatverläufe werden 12 Monate nach der letzten Nachricht gelöscht.

8. Cookies und Analyse-Tools

Diese Website setzt keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Cookies ein und bindet keine Analysedienste von Drittanbietern (z. B. Google Analytics) ein.

Zur Reichweitenmessung zählen wir auf lyntharis.com und lyntharis.ch Seitenaufrufe und Klicks mit einem eigenen, cookiefreien Zählskript. Gespeichert werden ausschliesslich die aufgerufene Seite, die Art des Ereignisses, die Domain und – bei Klicks – die Bezeichnung des angeklickten Elements. Es werden keine IP-Adressen, keine Kennungen und keine Personendaten gespeichert; ein Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen ist damit nicht möglich. Die Zähldaten liegen bei Supabase (Rechenzentrum in der EU).

9. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft über die von uns verarbeiteten Daten sowie auf Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, soweit die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind. 10. Lyntharis Puls (Befragungen)

Unter der Marke «Lyntharis Puls» bieten wir Mitarbeiter- und Kundenbefragungen für Unternehmen an (separater Auftritt: lyntharis.ch). Bei den Befragungen selbst erheben wir keine Namen, E-Mail- oder IP-Adressen der Teilnehmenden; die Teilnahme ist freiwillig und anonym. Eine Gruppenzuordnung (z. B. Team) wird nur ausgewertet, wenn mindestens 5 Antworten vorliegen. Die Daten werden in der Schweiz gespeichert (Infomaniak Network SA) und 12 Monate nach Abschluss der Befragung gelöscht. Verantwortlich für die Befragung ist das jeweils beauftragende Unternehmen; Lyntharis handelt dabei als Auftragsbearbeiterin nach Art. 9 DSG. Bei der Führungspotenzial-Analyse werden Personendaten der beurteilten Person nur mit deren ausdrücklicher Einwilligung bearbeitet und 6 Monate nach Abschluss gelöscht.

Für das Feedback-Formular auf lyntharis.ch erfassen wir zusätzlich die E-Mail-Adresse der feedbackgebenden Person. Diese wird nicht veröffentlicht, sondern ausschliesslich intern gespeichert, um bei fragwürdigen Einträgen Rückfragen stellen zu können.

11. Änderungen

Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit lyntharis.com and use our services. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where users from the EU are concerned, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, a provider based and operating its servers in Switzerland. When you access the website, technical access data (server log files, e.g. IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type) is automatically processed, as is technically necessary for every website visit. This data is not combined with other data sources.

3. Contact, Orders and Feedback

For contact inquiries, this website uses "mailto" links: clicking the contact button opens your own email program with a pre-filled message; no server-side form storage takes place on this website for this purpose. For orders, payment is processed via our payment provider Payrexx (see clause 5); order data (e.g. name, email address, product ordered) as well as a one-time download access link are stored in our database at Supabase Inc. (servers located in the EU) in order to automatically provide you with the purchased PDF product. The same applies to feedback: your rating as well as – not published – your email address are also stored in this database. Feedback is only published as a customer quote (with first name and initial) on this website if you have expressly given your consent; you may withdraw this consent at any time by email.

4. ProfilingValues (Third-Party Provider)

Personality assessments are conducted via the ProfilingValues platform (profilingvalues.com). After an order, we send you an access link to this platform. To set up this access, we transmit the necessary details (typically name and email address) to ProfilingValues. Data processing during the assessment on profilingvalues.com is governed by ProfilingValues' own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

5. Payment Processing

For online payments (credit card) we use the Swiss payment provider Payrexx AG, which processes the payment data required for this in accordance with its own privacy policy (www.payrexx.com). For orders of CHF 500 or more, payment by invoice via bank transfer is also available as an alternative.

6. Read-Aloud Feature (Text-to-Speech)

The read-aloud widget on this website uses exclusively the browser's built-in Web Speech API. Text is processed locally in your browser; no data is transmitted to a server.

7. Chat on Our Websites

You can write to us directly via the chat window on lyntharis.com and on lyntharis.ch (Lyntharis Puls). Your message, the page you were on and the selected language are transmitted and stored, as well as your name and email address if you choose to provide them. In addition, a random identifier is stored in your browser (localStorage) so that you can find your conversation and our reply again on your next visit. This identifier contains no personal data and can be removed at any time by clearing the website data in your browser.

Messages are stored with Supabase (data centre in the EU) and forwarded for notification purposes to the messenger service Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai), which we use solely internally to answer enquiries. Your message and any name and email address you provided are transmitted to Telegram; Telegram may process this data outside Switzerland and the EEA. If you would prefer to avoid this, please write to us at info@lyntharis.com instead. If you provided an email address, we will additionally send our reply by email. Chat histories are deleted 12 months after the last message.

8. Cookies and Analytics Tools

This website does not use any analytics or tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics).

To measure reach, we count page views and clicks on lyntharis.com and lyntharis.ch using our own, cookie-free counting script. Only the page visited, the type of event, the domain and – for clicks – the label of the element clicked are stored. No IP addresses, no identifiers and no personal data are stored; conclusions about individual people are therefore not possible. The counting data is held at Supabase (data centre in the EU).

9. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the data we process about you, as well as to correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, provided the legal requirements are met. EU residents also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact us at: info@lyntharis.com

10. Lyntharis Puls (Surveys)

Under the "Lyntharis Puls" brand, we offer employee and customer surveys for companies (separate site: lyntharis.ch). For the surveys themselves, we do not collect participants' names, e-mail or IP addresses; participation is voluntary and anonymous. A group assignment (e.g. team) is only evaluated if at least 5 responses are available. Data is stored in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA) and deleted 12 months after the survey concludes. The commissioning company is responsible for the survey; Lyntharis acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 9 FADP. For the Leadership Potential Analysis, personal data of the person being assessed is only processed with their explicit consent and deleted 6 months after completion.

For the feedback form on lyntharis.ch, we additionally collect the e-mail address of the person giving feedback. This is never published; it is stored internally only, so that we can follow up on questionable entries.

11. Changes

5. Επεξεργασία πληρωμών

Για online πληρωμές (πιστωτική κάρτα) χρησιμοποιούμε τον ελβετικό πάροχο πληρωμών Payrexx AG, ο οποίος επεξεργάζεται τα απαραίτητα για την πληρωμή δεδομένα σύμφωνα με τη δική του πολιτική απορρήτου (www.payrexx.com). Για παραγγελίες από CHF 500 και άνω είναι επίσης δυνατή η πληρωμή με τιμολόγιο μέσω τραπεζικού εμβάσματος.

6. Λειτουργία ανάγνωσης κειμένου (Text-to-Speech)

Το widget ανάγνωσης κειμένου αυτής της ιστοσελίδας χρησιμοποιεί αποκλειστικά το ενσωματωμένο Web Speech API του προγράμματος περιήγησης. Τα κείμενα προς ανάγνωση επεξεργάζονται τοπικά στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας· δεν πραγματοποιείται μετάδοση σε διακομιστή.

7. Chat στους ιστότοπούς μας

Μέσω του παραθύρου chat στο lyntharis.com και στο lyntharis.ch (Lyntharis Puls) μπορείτε να μας γράψετε απευθείας. Μεταδίδονται και αποθηκεύονται το μήνυμά σας, η σελίδα στην οποία βρισκόσασταν και η επιλεγμένη γλώσσα, καθώς και το όνομα και η διεύθυνση email σας, εφόσον τα δηλώσετε οικειοθελώς. Επιπλέον, αποθηκεύεται στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας ένα τυχαίο αναγνωριστικό (localStorage), ώστε στην επόμενη επίσκεψή σας να βρείτε ξανά τη συνομιλία και την απάντησή μας. Το αναγνωριστικό αυτό δεν περιέχει προσωπικά δεδομένα και μπορεί να διαγραφεί ανά πάσα στιγμή με τη διαγραφή των δεδομένων ιστότοπου στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας.

Τα μηνύματα αποθηκεύονται στη Supabase (κέντρο δεδομένων στην ΕΕ) και προωθούνται για ειδοποίηση στην υπηρεσία μηνυμάτων Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Ντουμπάι), την οποία χρησιμοποιούμε αποκλειστικά εσωτερικά για την απάντηση των αιτημάτων. Στο Telegram μεταδίδονται το μήνυμά σας καθώς και τυχόν όνομα και διεύθυνση email που δηλώσατε· το Telegram ενδέχεται να επεξεργαστεί τα δεδομένα αυτά εκτός Ελβετίας και ΕΟΧ. Αν δεν το επιθυμείτε, γράψτε μας αντ' αυτού στο info@lyntharis.com. Εφόσον δηλώσατε διεύθυνση email, σας στέλνουμε την απάντησή μας και με email. Τα ιστορικά συνομιλιών διαγράφονται 12 μήνες μετά το τελευταίο μήνυμα.

8. Cookies και εργαλεία ανάλυσης

Αυτή η ιστοσελίδα δεν χρησιμοποιεί cookies ανάλυσης ή παρακολούθησης και δεν ενσωματώνει υπηρεσίες ανάλυσης τρίτων (π.χ. Google Analytics).

Για τη μέτρηση της επισκεψιμότητας καταμετρούμε στο lyntharis.com και στο lyntharis.ch τις προβολές σελίδων και τα κλικ με δικό μας σενάριο καταμέτρησης, χωρίς cookies. Αποθηκεύονται αποκλειστικά η σελίδα που ανοίχθηκε, το είδος του συμβάντος, ο τομέας και – στα κλικ – η ονομασία του στοιχείου που πατήθηκε. Δεν αποθηκεύονται διευθύνσεις IP, αναγνωριστικά ή προσωπικά δεδομένα· συνεπώς δεν είναι δυνατή η συσχέτιση με μεμονωμένα άτομα. Τα δεδομένα καταμέτρησης βρίσκονται στη Supabase (κέντρο δεδομένων στην ΕΕ).

9. Τα δικαιώματά σας

Έχετε το δικαίωμα ενημέρωσης σχετικά με τα δεδομένα που επεξεργαζόμαστε για εσάς, καθώς και δικαίωμα διόρθωσης, διαγραφής ή περιορισμού της επεξεργασίας, εφόσον πληρούνται οι νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις. 10. Lyntharis Puls (Έρευνες)

Υπό το εμπορικό σήμα «Lyntharis Puls» προσφέρουμε έρευνες εργαζομένων και πελατών για επιχειρήσεις (ξεχωριστή ιστοσελίδα: lyntharis.ch). Στις ίδιες τις έρευνες δεν συλλέγουμε ονόματα, διευθύνσεις email ή διευθύνσεις IP των συμμετεχόντων· η συμμετοχή είναι εθελοντική και ανώνυμη. Η ανάθεση σε ομάδα (π.χ. τμήμα) αξιολογείται μόνο εφόσον υπάρχουν τουλάχιστον 5 απαντήσεις. Τα δεδομένα αποθηκεύονται στην Ελβετία (Infomaniak Network SA) και διαγράφονται 12 μήνες μετά την ολοκλήρωση της έρευνας. Υπεύθυνη για την έρευνα είναι η αντίστοιχη εντολέας επιχείρηση· η Lyntharis ενεργεί ως εκτελούσα την επεξεργασία κατά την έννοια του άρθ. 9 DSG. Στην Ανάλυση Ηγετικού Δυναμικού, τα προσωπικά δεδομένα του αξιολογούμενου προσώπου επεξεργάζονται μόνο με τη ρητή συγκατάθεσή του και διαγράφονται 6 μήνες μετά την ολοκλήρωση.

Για τη φόρμα σχολίων στο lyntharis.ch συλλέγουμε επιπλέον τη διεύθυνση email του ατόμου που δίνει feedback. Αυτή δεν δημοσιεύεται ποτέ· αποθηκεύεται αποκλειστικά εσωτερικά, ώστε να μπορούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε σε περίπτωση αμφισβητήσιμου περιεχομένου.

11. Τροποποιήσεις

3. Prise de contact, commande et retours

Pour les commandes, le paiement est traité via notre prestataire Payrexx (voir point 5) ; les données de commande (p. ex. nom, adresse e-mail, produit commandé) ainsi qu'un lien de téléchargement à usage unique sont alors enregistrés dans notre base de données chez Supabase Inc. (serveurs situés dans l'UE), afin de vous mettre automatiquement à disposition le produit PDF acheté. Il en va de même pour les retours : votre évaluation ainsi que – non publiée – votre adresse e-mail sont également enregistrées dans cette base de données. Un retour n'est publié comme témoignage client (avec prénom et initiale) sur ce site que si vous y avez expressément consenti ; ce consentement peut être révoqué à tout moment par e-mail.

4. ProfilingValues (prestataire tiers)

Les analyses de personnalité sont réalisées via la plateforme ProfilingValues (profilingvalues.com). Après une commande, vous recevez de notre part un lien d'accès à cette plateforme. Pour la mise en place de cet accès, nous transmettons à ProfilingValues les informations nécessaires (généralement nom et adresse e-mail). Le traitement des données pendant la réalisation de l'analyse sur profilingvalues.com est régi par la politique de confidentialité de ProfilingValues, sur laquelle nous n'avons aucune influence.

5. Traitement des paiements

Pour les paiements en ligne (carte de crédit), nous utilisons le prestataire de paiement suisse Payrexx AG, qui traite les données de paiement nécessaires conformément à sa propre politique de confidentialité (www.payrexx.com). Pour les commandes à partir de CHF 500, un paiement sur facture par virement bancaire est également possible en alternative.

6. Fonction de lecture à voix haute (synthèse vocale)

Le widget de lecture à voix haute de ce site utilise exclusivement l'API Web Speech intégrée au navigateur. Les textes à lire sont traités localement dans votre navigateur ; aucune transmission à un serveur n'a lieu.

7. Chat sur nos sites web

La fenêtre de chat sur lyntharis.com et sur lyntharis.ch (Lyntharis Puls) vous permet de nous écrire directement. Sont transmis et enregistrés votre message, la page consultée et la langue choisie, ainsi que votre nom et votre adresse e-mail si vous les indiquez volontairement. Un identifiant aléatoire est en outre enregistré dans votre navigateur (localStorage), afin que vous retrouviez votre conversation et notre réponse lors de votre prochaine visite. Cet identifiant ne contient aucune donnée personnelle et peut être supprimé à tout moment en effaçant les données du site dans votre navigateur.

Les messages sont enregistrés chez Supabase (centre de données dans l'UE) et transmis, à des fins de notification, au service de messagerie Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubaï), que nous utilisons exclusivement en interne pour répondre aux demandes. Votre message ainsi que le nom et l'adresse e-mail éventuellement indiqués sont transmis à Telegram ; Telegram peut traiter ces données en dehors de la Suisse et de l'EEE. Si vous ne le souhaitez pas, écrivez-nous plutôt à info@lyntharis.com. Si vous avez indiqué une adresse e-mail, nous vous envoyons également notre réponse par courriel. Les historiques de chat sont supprimés 12 mois après le dernier message.

8. Cookies et outils d'analyse

Ce site n'utilise aucun cookie d'analyse ou de suivi et n'intègre aucun service d'analyse tiers (p. ex. Google Analytics).

Pour mesurer l'audience, nous comptons les pages consultées et les clics sur lyntharis.com et lyntharis.ch au moyen de notre propre script de comptage, sans cookies. Seuls la page consultée, le type d'événement, le domaine et – pour les clics – le nom de l'élément cliqué sont enregistrés. Aucune adresse IP, aucun identifiant et aucune donnée personnelle ne sont enregistrés ; il est donc impossible de remonter à une personne. Les données de comptage sont hébergées chez Supabase (centre de données dans l'UE).

9. Vos droits

Vous avez le droit d'obtenir des informations sur les données que nous traitons à votre sujet, ainsi que le droit de rectification, d'effacement ou de limitation du traitement, dans la mesure où les conditions légales sont remplies. 10. Lyntharis Puls (enquêtes)

Sous la marque « Lyntharis Puls », nous proposons des enquêtes auprès des collaborateurs et des clients pour les entreprises (site séparé : lyntharis.ch). Pour les enquêtes elles-mêmes, nous ne collectons ni noms, ni adresses e-mail, ni adresses IP des participant·e·s ; la participation est volontaire et anonyme. Une affectation à un groupe (p. ex. équipe) n'est évaluée que si au moins 5 réponses sont disponibles. Les données sont stockées en Suisse (Infomaniak Network SA) et supprimées 12 mois après la clôture de l'enquête. L'entreprise mandante est responsable de l'enquête ; Lyntharis agit en tant que sous-traitante au sens de l'art. 9 LPD. Pour l'Analyse du potentiel de leadership, les données personnelles de la personne évaluée ne sont traitées qu'avec son consentement explicite et sont supprimées 6 mois après la clôture.

Pour le formulaire de feedback sur lyntharis.ch, nous collectons en outre l'adresse e-mail de la personne qui donne son avis. Elle n'est jamais publiée ; elle est conservée uniquement en interne, afin de pouvoir vous recontacter en cas de contenu discutable.

Questi dati non vengono combinati con altre fonti di dati.

3. Contatto, ordini e feedback

Per le richieste di contatto, questo sito web utilizza link "mailto": cliccando sul pulsante di contatto si apre il tuo programma di posta elettronica con un messaggio precompilato; per questo scopo non avviene alcuna memorizzazione tramite un modulo server di questo sito web. Per gli ordini, il pagamento viene elaborato tramite il nostro fornitore Payrexx (vedi punto 5); in questo contesto, i dati dell'ordine (ad es. nome, indirizzo e-mail, prodotto ordinato) nonché un link di download monouso vengono memorizzati nel nostro database presso Supabase Inc. (server nell'UE), al fine di fornirti automaticamente il prodotto PDF acquistato. Lo stesso vale per il feedback: la tua valutazione, così come – non pubblicato – il tuo indirizzo e-mail, vengono memorizzati anch'essi in questo database. Le analisi della personalità vengono svolte tramite la piattaforma ProfilingValues (profilingvalues.com). Dopo un ordine, ti inviamo un link di accesso a questa piattaforma. 5. Elaborazione dei pagamenti

Per ordini a partire da CHF 500 è possibile anche il pagamento tramite fattura con bonifico bancario.

6. Funzione di lettura (Text-to-Speech)

Il widget di lettura di questo sito web utilizza esclusivamente la Web Speech API integrata nel browser. I testi da leggere vengono elaborati localmente nel tuo browser; non avviene alcuna trasmissione a un server.

7. Chat sui nostri siti web

Tramite la finestra di chat su lyntharis.com e su lyntharis.ch (Lyntharis Puls) puoi scriverci direttamente. Vengono trasmessi e memorizzati il tuo messaggio, la pagina visitata e la lingua scelta, nonché il tuo nome e il tuo indirizzo e-mail se li indichi volontariamente. Inoltre, nel tuo browser viene salvato un identificativo casuale (localStorage), affinché tu possa ritrovare la conversazione e la nostra risposta alla visita successiva. Questo identificativo non contiene dati personali e può essere rimosso in qualsiasi momento cancellando i dati del sito nel browser.

I messaggi vengono memorizzati presso Supabase (centro dati nell'UE) e inoltrati, a scopo di notifica, al servizio di messaggistica Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai), che utilizziamo esclusivamente a livello interno per rispondere alle richieste. A Telegram vengono trasmessi il tuo messaggio ed eventuali nome e indirizzo e-mail indicati; Telegram può trattare questi dati al di fuori della Svizzera e dello SEE. Questo sito web non utilizza cookie di analisi o di tracciamento e non integra servizi di analisi di terzi (ad es. Google Analytics).

Per la misurazione del traffico contiamo su lyntharis.com e lyntharis.ch le visualizzazioni di pagina e i clic con uno script di conteggio proprio, senza cookie. Vengono memorizzati esclusivamente la pagina consultata, il tipo di evento, il dominio e – nel caso dei clic – la denominazione dell'elemento cliccato. Per i sondaggi stessi non raccogliamo nomi, indirizzi e-mail o IP dei partecipanti; la partecipazione è volontaria e anonima. Un'assegnazione di gruppo (ad es. team) viene valutata solo se sono disponibili almeno 5 risposte. I dati vengono memorizzati in Svizzera (Infomaniak Network SA) ed eliminati 12 mesi dopo la conclusione del sondaggio. Responsabile del sondaggio è l'azienda committente; Lyntharis agisce come responsabile del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 9 LPD. Per l'analisi del potenziale di leadership, i dati personali della persona valutata vengono trattati solo con il suo consenso esplicito ed eliminati 6 mesi dopo il completamento.

Per il modulo di feedback su lyntharis.ch raccogliamo inoltre l'indirizzo e-mail della persona che invia il feedback. Questo non viene pubblicato, ma memorizzato esclusivamente internamente, per poter porre domande in caso di voci dubbie.
