Beide Analysen basieren auf Lyntharis Roots — einem wertebasierten Online-Assessment, das ich aus über 20 Jahren HR-Praxis entwickelt habe. Es misst nicht, was du sein möchtest, sondern was dich tatsächlich antreibt — und ist dadurch schwer zu durchschauen. Die Auswertung erfolgt persönlich durch mich, nicht durch einen Automaten.

Was passiert mit meinen Daten?

Deine Daten bleiben in der Schweiz: Die Website läuft auf Schweizer Servern, und dein Analyse-Ergebnis sehe ausschliesslich du und ich. Es wird nichts an Arbeitgeber oder Dritte weitergegeben. Details in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Kompass oder Standort — was passt zu mir?

Der Kompass beantwortet die Frage „Wer bin ich und was treibt mich an?" — ideal als Einstieg oder in Umbruchphasen. Der Standort geht einen Schritt weiter und verbindet dein Profil mit deiner beruflichen Situation: Rolle, Umfeld, nächste Schritte — ideal bei Neuorientierung oder wenn du konkret weiterkommen willst. Was, wenn mich mein Ergebnis überrascht oder irritiert?

Das darf passieren — oft sind genau diese Stellen die wertvollsten. Jeder Report enthält eine schriftliche, persönliche Einordnung von mir, damit du nicht mit nackten Zahlen allein bleibst. Und wenn du tiefer einsteigen willst, besprechen wir dein Ergebnis in einem optionalen Coaching-Gespräch. Vorab kannst du mit Kurztest und Leseproben kostenlos prüfen, ob dir mein Ansatz liegt.

Wie läuft es nach dem Kauf ab?

Nach der Bestellung erhältst du innerhalb eines Werktags deinen persönlichen Zugangslink zum Assessment (ca. 20 Minuten, wann und wo du willst). Danach werte ich dein Profil persönlich aus — deinen PDF-Report mit schriftlicher Einordnung bekommst du in der Regel innert 2–3 Werktagen. About Me

I'm Lydia Simon. HR expert, founder of Lyntharis, and the person in the room who asks the uncomfortable questions — politely, but firmly.

Over 20 years in HR means I've seen pretty much everything. Waves of layoffs, mergers, three managers in three months, and salary rounds where everyone left unhappy. And yet — or precisely because of that — I love this job.

I travel with a backpack full of theory, practice, and healthy stubbornness. MAS HRM, a postgraduate diploma in organisational psychology, coaching training, ProfilingValues certificate. Five languages — because the world is too interesting to understand in German alone.

People motivate me. Not as a concept, but as real, sometimes chaotic, often surprising individuals. That is exactly why I do HR — with heart, mind, and the conviction that silence may be golden, but sometimes it is simply the wrong metal.
